What is Advance and Retreat ratio?

How can I make the Ai in the editor not stop and keep moving up

In the F3-mode you can select human targets and then can change their "brain" settings on the right side:
There are settings like "No retreat". Make a tick there and they won't retreat.
There are also retreat- and advance_ratio. For now I don't know exactly what the numbers do there but 0 in retreat_ratio makes them always retreat..

Setting advance_ratio to a lower number (like 0.01) makes them more aggresive. No retreat disables them retreating, but they still will pause and lie prone sometimes.
