How can i create my own tanks and maps?

can someone tell me how i can build my own units and maps, i just bought the game a few months ago and now i tried to create my own things. but i dont know how to do it?

Making your own maps is pretty easy, just open the editor
Adding your own modles could be tricky and requires changing a quite a few things to be able to use it in multiplayer and also have to change things in maps to be able to use those models on certain maps

but when i put ground on floor i only see squares and crosses and no ground, it is little bit of confuding.

Go to youtube, search for "gem editor tutorials" and watch the videos made by 123stealthbomber and you will soon understand how to use the editor.

New units can be made with 3ds max, and to explain how to do them, would take ages to explain. Vehicle tutorials can be found on youtube as well.

That is too broad, and honestly those videos aren't 100% much help at all considering most are russian ones so you can't miss one second of it or you're lost.

Just go moddb gem editor 2 group, most people there have their own experience in a combination of map editing/coding/exporting/importing/rigging/etc all inside of MOW with their own mods as well.

Not to mention if you merely click on MOWAS2 mood page there are tutorials that have way of teaching you there as well

Unfortunately explaining all that takes too much time and the only way you learn is by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up over and over till you get use how to make[import] models. I assume by making you don't mean by scratch and instead importing from other games.

https://www.youtube.com/user/mladja11/videos - Has tank/plane/weapon video tutorials in parts you'll have to look. They aren't 100% that detailed and some things are missing considering he made it for MOWAS1/MOW so its outdated kinda.

just search for tutorials on how to make tanks and other models in 3ds max or blender (which is free) then the other tuts on how to rig, export, uv map your models maybe animate them etc.

and no not all of the tuts are in russian if you actually know where to search as well.

although the above is still useful.
