It's not DLC, it's a standalone game. It will have engine upgrades from CtA, kind of a hybrid, I guess.
"We will reveal the price soon but don't worry it is nowhere close to 60 dollars!"

"Dynamic campaign generator makes singleplayer and co-op extremely replayable, with randomized skirmishes and custom army compositions."
-Steam store page
Whether you buy it or not, it's your choice and your money.
best thing is to wait for player reviews i guess
does this stand alone release will fix MOW AS2 bugs such as broken lobby, arty bug, NAT and so on?
of course it will not
Will AS2 mods be playable off the bat?
Or is it going to be using the CtA framework?
Will vanilla Assault Squad 2 be upgraded to the CtA engine?
Waiting for this answer too, this is a "buy or not buy" question for me.
