how do i make npc's pose?

i saw a youtuber make his npc's pose for his mission, i want to do the same...that's it.

was this in editor? and what kind of poses...you can already make them kneel, stand, and crawl, as well as direct control the dudes.

the guys are somking and stuff, how do i make my npc's do that? make them look more natural before they get slaughtered, or make them more natural to the enviorement,you catch me?

and how much do i have to wait till they decide to do that?and how about the walking animation?know how to activate that?
