Cannot place Staic Items /Buildings

Hey anyone know how to fix this i cant place anything down Im on Windows 10 and im haveing an issue with acctually placeing static world items such as wrcks and Sand bags this item is also in call to arms units and Veichals work fine but its static things that arnt working help me please?

Are you trying to place them in the editor or ingame?

For ingame, simply select the sandbag action and drag it where you want it to be.

it is for the editor im clicking to drop the objects bu its comeing up as Invisable and i dont know how to change it any suggestions?

ALT + F to turn off the fog of war.

Are you trying to place a building or a small part of a building?
Those it work for some buildings or are all props disabled?
Are you mods?

You need to give us something to work with, can't help you if we don't know how you get the error.

yeah sorry i am useing the Red Rising mod and that fog of war thing was the problem sorry about that

You should press Alt + F.

how can i rotate or even see how the soldiers will place the barbed wire, sandbags etc ?

You can place sandbags, etc in F2 mode.
Place soldiers etc in F3 mode.
Select them, hold 'c' to rotate them.

Well, you should mention that when you ask your question in a thread about the editor.. :)

To rotate: press 'R'
To place sandbags, etc go to the action cog icon in the right corner of the screen, if your unit has a sandbag, the sandbag icon will show up. Click on it and drag the sandbag to make a line.
