Accurate German flag?

Thank god this is not Paradox, or they would go crazy, hold their breath and stomp the ground, BUT:

How do I get the accurate flag for germany, ie the 1938–1945 Reich war flag or the 1935–1945 National flag, both with swastikas.
I presume it was to not collide with german laws and general sensibilities that the pre-1935 and thus historically inaccurate flag was chosen.

No, that's a mod you must install if you want to change the flag. We are in the same situation as Paradox, if we want to sell into Germany we cannot use the Swastika. We are simply following the rules.

Yeah I get that, so there is no anger or drama on my part at all. Even though the rules are self-imposed, as the german law clearly states that depiction of the swastika are allowed for historical purposes. Which this is.
I have always backed up everything Battlegoat does, because I basically think you guys are the last software house that actually works for the customers now that BioWare have been gobbled up by EA.
So A mod it is - no problem.
Will you format it so we can subscribe to it through Steam?

I honestly don't know what that means. Is that Steam Workshop? We have not yet integrated any Steam features.

I think it's just one graphics file that you replace.

South Park had a German version that put a bar through the symbol. You're a developer, surely you can find a way to turn it on or off.

Its not a matter of being able to do it I think:

Its a matter of not wanting to do it because of fears that it might give arise to legal problems in Germany, and hence given the technical setup of Steam as well.

But its no problem: Steves link fixed it right away.
