The Studio the made it was shut down, the servers likely already repurposed and whipped.
The Server side data packets are likely gone, deleted. Non-existent.
So.. No.
Well the server side packets are (likely) gone... not just missing but likely destroyed. Wiped from existence..
This is what a "Live Service" game truly means..
When those running it say it's done... It's done <with few exceptions>
There was Never an offline version..
You or one of the other TINY fraction of people that wanted to play this would need to Code the server side packets pretty much from scratch yourself...
And then need to find the others who want to play and get them to join that server, or program in bots to play with you.
