Interesting New Developments Coming From Firewalk Studios

So apparently some protected tweets were leaked giving us an insight on what's going on inside Firewalk Studios right now and I gotta say for the first time since all this started, I feel kinda bad for the devs. Edit: A moment of weakness on my part. But at the end of the day, we all know why this happened to them and they simply refuse to relent, or at least the higher ups at the studio do.

At the end of the day however, Smash said it best in his article..

He's right. Most of us don't enjoy watching talented developers getting their lives ruined but we will not eat that political slop, we are tired of it and the gaming industry needs to get that through their thick skulls.

I'm done with this forum and this game, I hope the people involved learn from this going forward. I'm proud of my fellow gamers though, see you in the forum of the next woke disaster.

Also a good point. I am very empathetic, sometimes to a fault, but you are correct as well.

How many innocent people have been destroyed by the woke rainbow brigade simply because they had the power to do so?

Remember the nasa engineer who was so proud of what he and his team had accomplished SOFT LANDING A ROVER ON MARS!!!!

He was destroyed and driven out of his job because he was wearing a Hawaiin shirt with hula girls on it.

We warned them over and over and over that they would not like the rules they were laying down when we turned them around on them. And they just laughed… because they held the power.

And the corporations must in turn follow the laws of economics. Not legal laws but scientific laws that always exist in a marketplace.

A business must always make more money than they spend if they wish to remain in business. This is reality.

So long as corporations continue to produce products that people don't want, and continue to double down, they will lose money and they will drive themselves out of business even as consumers move on to competitors who rise up to take their place.

Venture capital has run out. The free gravy train is over. Which means a lot of the activists within the corporations are going to be purged from their positions if the company wants any hope of staying in business, and those who do not do what is necessary to remove the rot that is infecting their companies will either have to seriously downsize or risk bankruptcy. Some companies will take longer than others because they have so much money, but the laws of economics do not change. Supply and demand, give consumers what they want or be driven out of business altogether.

Bud light has now fallen to 3rd in US sales. 2 years ago it was number 1 and had been for decades.

We are fully capable of destroying companies by the simple plan of not paying them.
