Hear me out. DarkSydePhil (DSP), employed at Firewalk Studios, works as follows:
1. Preference is given to Phil when hiring or promoting.
2. Every character in the game must be Phil.
3. Anyone who criticizes DSP is labeled a "detractor".
As a result, everyone at Firewalk Studios wears shirts with Phil's face, and some are even layering on Phil pants and extra Phil shirts just to boost their chances of being hired or promoted.
The focus has shifted away from creating a quality game, and innovation is stifled unless it gets the approval of Phil.
Gamers have also noticed that every character in the game is Phil, and they’re tired of it after so many poorly made games featuring Phil.
DSP is a harmful employee. To advance the industry, we must reject any future games influenced by DSP.
