what could have been
were games like gravity rush, tokyo jungle, demon's souls and bloodborne and soul sacrifice multi mega million sellers? no but atleast they're fun and unique games - in my opinion that is

sony needs to go back to its roots. it has completely lost sight of where it came from which is japan. now playstation is all but dead in japan, completely dominated by nintendo
i want more small budget games with concepts that could've only come from japan
i dont understand why there's not room for those games alongside the big cinematic 'blockbuster' games that sony PS focuses on these days

for 200 million plus whatever the cost was to acquire this studio, they could've kept the lights on at sony japan studio for millenia

Why are you worrying about billion dollar companies? Let them go out of business, they've been around for too long and got too involved in politics they should go under and allow new companies to try their hand.

For the IPs we like that will be, or have already been, shelved. PS used to be a good provider of games, now they pump out shovelware with American direction. It’s sad homie, that’s all, just pouring one out for the ones ain’t here anymore. Chill.
