Superman 64 > Concord
Superman 64 is widely regarded as one of the worst games ever made yet it sold over 500k copies. Concord has done much much worse.

Superman 64 was also the better game. You played as Clark Kent, not some band of DEI outcasts.

This game was also made by Sony Computer Entertainment. That's also a huge brand. I think that it flopped since

1. People are just done with hero shooters
2. Critics panned it
3. With the sheer amount of both new releases and remasters, consumers have other options and don't need to play a game they won't enjoy as much.
4. Characters looked weird in the trailer instead of cool. It looked more like a goofy cartoon and after the 8th gen was filled with nothing but that, people now want more detailed graphical styles again. See for instance, the backlash to Halo Infinite's trailer which caused a 12 month delay. It was a game which didn't really appeal to its target audience.

A brand is not the same thing as a franchise, and I'd say your 4 points are valid and true, like, I'm not trying to mock you, it's just that it doesn't matter if this game was made and supported by a big brand; Concord is not a big franchise.

...And I think that we can all agree that it never will be lul!

Don't you dare hate on Superman 64! It's an adrenaline rush when you fly through all the rings perfectly.
The number of rings that you have to collect in Superman 64 to beat the game is higher than the number of current Concord players.

It is widely known that Superman64 turned a profit for the developer (French studio called Titus), it sold so well they had enough money to make an improved port for the ps1 with better gameplay and everything else. It was canceled because their license to use the Superman character expired. At the time, Superman 64 wasn't even considered to be that bad, it was just a below average game with many bugs, but I don't remember it being considered the worst of all time. I even played it on my N64 but it wasn't much worse than the usual movie licensed slop on N64 and PS1. Excluding Goldeneye 007 by Rareware, most movie and cartoon based games were of this level of low-quality if not even worse. I recall many worse game even from my own library, such as the first Rainbow Six, or Clayfighter 63, or some abomination called Iggy's Wrecking Balls. On PS1 there are much worse games than Superman 64, such as Bubsy 3D or that horrendous South Park shooting game that was also on N64.
There are other N64 games that failed much harder, such as Daikatana.

All of this to say, OP is actually right for once, Concord is much worse than Superman 64, as it actually made a profit and sold well, and wasn't regarded as "worst game ever" until recently. Concord has been branded of having the "worst character design ever" immediately after release. And being a multiplayer game, with no players you can't even play it, Superman 64 will be playable forever, assuming you have a tolerance for horrendous gameplay and a working N64 (or emulator).
