Why pronouns?

I can just look at a character and tell what their gender is. Why do I need the game to tell me their pronouns?

Remember when Pokemon has different gender for pokemon, and it's tied to the game's breeding mechanic? Good times. The only thing I need to know about a character is their kit, and what type of gun they use.

My view has updated while reading the comments today. I truly believe they are intentionally making it bad just to irritate and 'troll' the audience. They have a grudge against a particular audience or group, and are seeking theater online.

There is no way you attach pronouns and make your "stars" super fat and all this passes quality assurance without laughing your ass off. Then later when you and the boss meet up with marketing research as you continue to laugh at the youtube and social media comments. Further on during the week when in bed at night before sleep, you laugh some more dreaming about making yet another overweight pronoun super hero.

Those in control are like the modern day joker, they are laughing at their own staff getting serious about it, laughing at people getting b♥nned, laughing at Sony taking it serious, laughing at us discussing it. As the chaos builds, It is all a big joke with endless tears streaming down their faces.
