PC Performance Issues
Is anyone else having issues with the performance on PC? It seems like my game can't ever hit a stable 60fps. Its a shame cause I'm actually enjoying the gameplay despite all the controversy, but the performance makes me not want to play.

The beta ran flawlessly but something changed in retail. The game is hammering only one core of the CPU leading to frametime spikes
