How to activate cheat codes?

I've been having difficulty activating cheat codes and have been wanting to play as the Loader Droid. All the cheat codes I've seen online are for the PlayStation, but haven't seen any for Steam. I use an Xbox controller while playing. Thank you for any help

Just figured it iout. For loader droid you have to beat the game and then put in the cheat code and youll have the loader droid in new game+. also in versus you can unlock the loader droid from the beginning by pressing L1,R1 and x at the same time and you should hear a sound.
