GAME RUNS SO SLOW, DISABLED VSYNC BUT THE SCREEN TEARING IS HORRENDOUS!!! HELP!!!!

Like the title says, the game was running super slow. Someone in the discussion forums said to disable Vsync via the Nvidia control panel. That definitely worked, BUT now the screen tearing is unbearable!!!! Is there no way to have my cake and EAT IT TOO!? The video on the front page does not show ANY slowdown or screen tearing! Was the footage NOT captured on PC!? SEEMS LIKE DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!!!! D:

Are you still having issues with this? I managed to get mine to run smooth as butter by messing with the NVIDIA Control Panel 3D settings. I'll share a screenshot of what I set the settings to if you need them.
