Sorry that you're having issues booting MODO Steam, though the error appears to be a general Steam error. Please could you let me know the steps you did to get to the error message, in case it's something I can investigate on my side?

Could this be the issue: Windows XP sp3 x86 ?
To my knowledge MODO:SE is - like the full version - 64 bit only and will not run on a 32 bit OS.

Looks like its 32bit problem. Now i have w7 64bit and all works perfect. Thanks for answers.
