Does finishing the second reboot send us into a time-loop? The name of the achievement for beating the game is a bit heavy handed and the cyberpunk genre REALLY likes to play with the malleability of the flow of time when dealing with far future technology.

Or it could be metaphorical and just be talking about how the Sleeper now has full control of their destiny as shaped by your actions from the first reboot.

I don't think so?
Laine is dead, you are not playing around with weird anomalies, and other than the overseer and/or warden you aren't seeing any virtual realities, so there isn't much reason to think it could be some sort of simulation...now obviously it could be, but it just doesn't seem very likely.

Less a simulation and more like what Terminator 1 and 2 were doing with timelines.
