Finish 5 rounds with supers
Defeat one opponent with block damage (most likely winning the fight itself with block damage)
(Note Shin Akuma and Serious Mr. Karate do not count towards these requirements). So if possible, better to use a special or super while they block.
I decided to look up info about this, it just seems to be a coin flip on who you get, basically pure RNG on who you get between Orochi Iori/Serious Mr. Karate/Athena or Violent Ken/Shin Akuma/Red Arremer or something in between. Really really dislike pure RNG like that
Apparently according to an old 2004 fourm, its 5 rounds via block damage, so basically, it is hope the CPU blocks your specials or supers 5 different times (and be knocked out by it) to get the boss to appear.
Yeah, Red is perfect, Yellow is normal, Blue is time over (which you don’t want) and Gray is Chip (you will also know it worked if instead of the character flying back on a Special or Super, they fall down on the spot).
