PS2 Version is still Superior Version

ps2 version still looks like the superior version visually especially it having real transparent lifebars comepared to this version's crosshatch bars. Only thing ps2 version doesnt have is the hitbox viewer. This seems to be the arcade port. Unknown yet if this has the fixed non cheating ai like ps2 version.
Also, fighting control and menu controls arent separate so if you change the controls for your fighters, the confirm button will be misplaced on the menus.

SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos for Original Xbox is playable online with insignia, the new xbox live service:
https://insignia.live/games/534e0001 and yes, it is far superior of every other releases of the game.

in terms of "ports" I guess. Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time with this game, unless it's the arcade. just facts.

nothing else honestly gives it justice.

this "new" one is just that. "new" trash for trash that didn't play it back then.

I think most "fans" just either play this at an arcade when they come across it, or accept it's just a game they aren't going to be actively playing.

I "Guess" if you want ports. then maybe ps2 but imo, ports are ports. same BS.

just go play the "capcom" made snk vs capcom trash if you want your "port" fixings.

I feel like SVC chaos (the SNK MADE, SNK vs Capcom game) should purely be played in the arcade and that's it.

honestly, this shouldn't even exist, why? the same reason you have "remakes" of RE2-3 because TRASH can't just go back and play the games. they need to CRY and CRY. so we're living in the year 3000 still playing "skyrim" ports for ps600.

that's the trash gaming community.
