Geese Howard's normal reppuken completely cancels out Ryu's super hadouken, and that is just one example.
I would have prefered tho that they would keep a realist cast more or less, like Capcom did for Capcom vs SNK.

But people are right when they say that this game was not SNK's best, and that it came out when it had already died to the rise of 2D fighting video games.
It also has one of the last great "bad SNK English" translations.
if it was released 3y sooner it would have a better chance back then, but SNK was undergoing bankrupts and changes
