It's a different one, but he's top tier.

How do I get the fullscreen of all characters at select screen? I know to select Zero it's R1 over Ryu, but I thought there was a character select screen w/ all 36 characters?

That's a well know hack of the NG version that does that. I haven't purchased it yet, but I'm assuming this is based on the Xbox port so you have to hold a button over characters to access the hidden ones.
