I may be behind the times, but I didn’t realize until today that unregistered users are able to quickly search through Twitter by date, too. Turns out that all those old tweets casting doubt on the initial allegations are still there, lots of them, even more than in the investigation posted after Alec’s death. Which means that literally anyone willing enough to look into the matter could have found them on day one–before it was too late–without being an approved follower. In order to see (and show) that the general picture was at least more complex than stated in the initial post, one didn’t even need to conduct a real investigation. So at least the unusual overreaction could have been prevented. My God.

Just lacks the lengthy post about his character that was made[medium.com].
In short:
Yadda yadda sexual harassment claims yadda yadda twitter mob yadda yadda company cuts ties yada yadda lengthy post about Alec's character[medium.com] yadda yadda depressed person suiciding yadda yadda
Bottom line for reason for suicide atm is that Alec's fears ("that a growing number of people were planning on how to ruin his life") came true thanks to Twitter. The feared consquences were there, thus the suicide. Twitter hit the trigger point(s).
Edit: Other person summarizes[medium.com]
Could you add a dum-dum guide how-to or post the examples you refer to ?

Normally I don't dive into such things but I was curious in this specific case about the facts and reasons. Apologies in any case because that's actually not my business and I've been nosy.
There's one more lengthy post on the same platform, and I wish it had been read by at least as many people as the one you've mentioned:

After Alec's death, Zoë deleted her account, and during the time it remained deactivated, this investigation was posted: https://www.thepostmillennial.com/exclusive-zoe-quinns-allegations-are-falling-apart/
Yet in fact, the Twitter history that is being analyzed here had been available to anyone (not only to Zoë's followers) all the time before she deactivated her account. Now that she's reactivated it, it is available again, so you can judge for yourself whether it contradicts her statement or not (infinite_ammo is Alec's account): https://twitter.com/search?q=from%3Aunburntwitch%20since%3A2012-3-26%20until%3A2012-5-5&src=typd
