Transport ship and resource controller
During campaign I managed to capture transport ship during the revenge mission (and this wasn't easy) and then I noticed the issue that resource gatherers started to unlock nearby resource controllers to unload themselves to this transport ship whenever it is Which is pretty sad considering that I planned to use it as a way to crawl on the enemy with bombers and boarding corvetes.

This shouldn't be problem if they had same priority as a resource controllers.
Sorry if I named something wrong since the version I play isn't on English.

I presume that you stole an enemy carrier? The game doesn't let you build from such a carrier so it may as well be a transport ship.
You're saying that resource collectors began ignoring nearby resource controllers to instead drop off at the carrier?

Yeah. Stole that yellow 100 capacity carrier ship that was a goal for destruction during one of the missions with plenty of capturing frigates). And suddenly Resource Controller are ignored and they are delievering half the map to that ship instead.
There more of issues with that small carrier, it have very weird way of deploying everything inside into straight line to the left at the start of every mission.

The straight line thing is just how it works sadly... oh man you should see what happens if you steal 50 Ion Cannon Frigates at The Bridge of Sighs... the line spans the whole map. I'm not sure that I recall having that problem with resource controllers as I also stole that Carrier in most of my playthroughs. It doesn't remain useful for very long and you should probably just retire it.

Haha, I stole plenty of Ion Frigates too. The only attempt to reinforce my fleet with the enemy that ended in total failure is trying to steal frigates which attacked cryo-chambers. Was forced to replay previous mission and creating another end-mission fleet to even go throught this mission with loosing only one cryo-chamber.
