Agnus Dei missing from soundtrack!?

So I just went and made the big mistake of paying for the HW1 soundtrack only to find that the most important track - and the Homeworld theme - isn't on it??! WTF!? This is close to fraud! Has anyone had luck getting a refund from Steam?

You never get refunds on Steam unless the entire game is an actual fraud.

Well technically it isn't part of the OST because it isn't an 'original' track that they composed for the game.. (The 'O' From 'OST', ie: *Original* Sound Track), and getting the rights for the track would probably cost more than the entire profits from releasing the soundtrack, so..
Besides, just download Agnus Dei (or the choiral rendition in D-minor (I think) that is used in Homeworld) from youtube or whatevs. It's easy enough to do, and if you do it while signed out of youtube, you're technically not even doing anything wrong.

You can, you're just afforded one refund per account. And only steam credit.

They still should review their refund policy.
