Think about it like this, if you order it now, you have a three weeks to save the money! Amazon doesn't charge until it ships.
That's strange... because Newegg was literally selling at MSRP. No price hike, the flat 99 bucks.
I know they weren't listed, but it seems plausible they were picked up during the last batch for the US and international? That's all I could think of.
That's what I'm wondering about... if they will email keys, or if they come in the box. If they come in the box, I may buy another copy on steam to play on day on.
and yes steam keys are in the box on a slip of paper. Why are so many people wondering otherwise? since when has a preorder of physical goods ever produced a digital copy before delivery of the physical?
Well... consider some people like myself don't pre order things often. (If at all) This is the first Collector's Edition of anything I've ordered in 15 years.

Im not sure, i think the keys come in the box, i orded the box as well as paying for the steam version < was an accident haha
