Debug.dll problem
Hello!
Homeworld2.exe caused a Breakpoint in module Debug.dll at 0023:002615a2.
It was my first launch of classic Homeworld 2 without mods.
How can I fix it?
I reinstalled it twice, checked files through Steam, still having this problem.

Nvidia? I don't know the specific cause but when I've heard about this error the common factor is a Nvidia GPU.

No, Intel. I have Intel GPU. But, as I said, all Homeworld games work, excluding Homeworld 2 classic.

Not entirely sure, this error was experienced back in 2003 when the game was originally released but Intel integrated graphics weren't on the HD series and I ran it on the Intel GMA GPU no problem. Have you tried googling the error code in relation to HW2?

Can you find your hw2.log file, open it in notepad and paste the contents here please?

Sorry, that's your error log which doesn't really say what the issue is, just what the error was. I need the contents of the HW2.log file - not the error log file

It's strange - i posted "Ok", but if i post the log, Steam gives me an error of the network.

Your Homeworld 2 classic is still attempting to use your Stargate mod. Go in to the launcher and make sure you have all mods disabled via the launcher. Failing that, check your HW2.exe and make sure there is no additional launch options tagged on to the end, like -ssc.big

Something is definitely affecting it, your issue is literally that the game is still trying to load up a file called SSC.big, which after some research I found is the Stargate Space Conflict mod.

Make sure you've deleted all mod files from your HW2 directory or failing this, uninstall HWRM, delete the folder in Steamapps and try to reinstall. For that error to be throwing up you are either trying to launch the game from a modified shortcut, there are still mod files interfering with the game in the root directory or are using an executable that has been modified in some way. If the above doesn't work then there aren't many other suggestions I can give other than reinstalling in to a different directory/drive.
