Homeworld 2 worth playing?

I have completed Homeworld 1 classic and Remastered and would like to know if Homeworld 2 is worth playing.

It's good fun, however it very different to the first since it is much faster paced.

Yeah, definitely play through the campaign at least once. A bunch of people say the story isn't as good as the first game, and I kinda agree that it gets kinda weak towards the end. But I still think it's fun and worth playing through.

It is an interesting game, but very different to the first Homeworld. Much less autonomy for the player (in the campaign) and the missions are highly scripted and timed. I did not care for it nearly as much as the original. The story is definitely lacking compared to the first one.

Agreed, Stronger on gameplay, weaker on story.
