Stargate mod for remastered

im trying to get the mod to work with the remastered version and but i keep getting the general failure message and ive tried all the resolution fixes and reinstalling the mod and game but nothing has worked so far

any other suggestions

It's likely that the mod itself simply hasn't been updated since the latest homeworld patch(es). A lot of mods are suffering from this, and sadly some of the mod authors simply are not longer actively working on their projects, or passed them on to someone else before vanishing.
The only thing I can think of is this handy little shortcut (solved my play issues with the original freespace mod for classic homeworld)
-nopbuffer -w 1920 -h 1080
Unless it's a coding issue with the mod, that -should- work.

Well, as a mod creator myself I know how hard it is to remake a mod for the new patch, it changed A LOT behind the scenes. Although if it is popular then I don't see why it won't be updated.

I have the steam version of the Homeworld Classic installed in the mod folder in The directory.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Homeworld\Homeworld2Classic\DataWorkshopMODs\76561198132486979\406763086

I have gotten the mod to work and as evidence I have one youtube video fighting 3 gou'ald factions for 56 minutes on youtube..

now,I have had no luck getting the game to last longer than 25 minutes fighting the wraith,I tried 5 wraith factions,than 3 than 2,and finally 1...it still crashes to desktop and leaves me a very confusing dmp file and error report...

it works,but the crashes get me angry when I am trying to make a video...

its because homeworld classic doesnt like it when you change the resolution when using modded games
