How to penetrate

Okay I have played for a bit now and I can't seem to do anything beyond petting. I have the patch, see the extra girls, and when I get the SAN gauge down nothing changes. Am I missing a button?

Sanity meter is the long vertical meter on the right side of the screen, directly left of the detection meter. It needs to drain all the way down and be full yellow. The music will change, and bought items will display on the bottom. This state will last for the station after next. You need to be in the front of the woman for the first attack scene. Swap to your ♥♥♥♥ command and there should be a pink icon on the mouth section of the woman, clicking that will activate the mouth attack scene and skip the rest of the train ride.

There are two other trigger points that will unlock per woman in the order: face, crotch, butt. Face and crotch are front facing commands while butt is back facing. You'll need to orient yourself with the woman during the station boarding phase to see the corresponding commands, but because the state lasts for 2 stations, you can use the station phase in between to jockey for the desired position, or invest in the powerup that lets you swap sides during the molesting phase.

ugh, steam censored the most important part: make sure you switch to your lower member. Your pen island if you will, your sturdy stallion, schlong, rooster, lemonade gun, pork sword, King Richard, whatever works. The attack prompt wont show if your in the hand, mouth, or strip commands
