How do you use the items you bought?

I can't use the items I bought, anyone know how to do this?

Girl has to be at level 3 (sexually attacked a total of 12 times). Once she is there and you've lowered her SAN (blue bar) you can use the items. If you use them before she is level 3 its game over.

It's not just groping 12 times, it's engage in sexual intercourse, oral or otherwise, a total of 12 or more times. You'll know you're at that stage when the sex scenes shows the woman with the breasts exposed.

new game plus only carries over the sensitive levels of the characters (not including some characters that has sensitive requirements for different endings).

I can't seem to have intercourse at all, I have the patch and I can drain the left bar fine, but nothing changes, I just keep groping.

You got to get a certain part like vagina to sensitive then when it high enough it will let you enter and get the little scene

Hmm yeah that is not happening at all. I get them plenty sensitive and it just keeps rubbing. May need to reinstall and apply the patch to get it working proper.
