According to the reviews, yes it needs a patch. Not due to removing mosaics, but to re-add the "JK" character.

You will need to go to the publisher's website. I would post a link, but Steam will take it down.

Put publisher name as one word with .com at the end in a web browser and you should get to the website.

The link to their website is in any of the pinned threads. You go there, choose the right option when asked, select an option with 18 in it after that. Easy to find a patch from there.

I installed the patch taken from the site as you wrote but the character Fugetsu Yurika doesn't appear to me, I only have the question marks. I also tried to buy the paid dlc, thinking it was there, but unfortunately if I install it the game doesn't work.

Fugestu Yurika requires some files to be manipulated since she is based on another game.

In order to unlock her, you need to open File Explorer and search for "%appdata%\ベルゼブブ", then create a file named "超速くノ一クロユリ.dat" (or copy the 300% file and change name of copy to 超速くノ一クロユリ.dat). Once done, in the drop down menu, select "register work" to unlock her.

please ... make an uncensored patch for all your games.
This game needs to be uncensored, the 300% 2 ... need it too
