Here's a guide on how to switch languages in the game:
Step.1 After launching the game, move your mouse to the top of the game window.
Step.2 You will see the [設定]or[Setting] button; click it and select the next button.
Step.3 From the menu on the right of Language, select your preferred language.
Step.4 Once selected, close the game and restart it to apply the changes.
