Error #10016

Can't join multiplayer servers, keep getting this ;/ it says it cant write the data on my disc

i cannot find a 'multiplayer or dogfight' file, i also tried searching but still nothing

mods on or off, also arcadde mode or mouse mode, if your trying to access a joystick only server you wont get on that server with mouse only. Make sure your admin controls are jsut that you have read write access.

i just checked, i had mods off. Also how do i see if a server is mouse or joystick only? Im using joystick. And why are there only 2 servers now? are the servers onlyy up at certain times?

if you only see 2 servers you only have Mods on. also since your on Steam try verifying the files

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Rise of Flight 2.0\data\Multiplayer\Dogfight

Thats the path on my machine at least, the first parts on yours may vary depending on where you have installed the your steam to. It's an folder in which missions are downloaded to, advice on that webpage Mastiff links states to delete the contents in there (if any as your new), rather than being an individual file.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Rise of Flight 2.0\bin_game\release

The games executables in there, set that to Run as Administrator in the properties. Maybe your AV could be blocking the writing also? Try give some exemptions to the Rise of Flight 2.0 folder?

the problem is that i dont havve a Multiplayer file. This is the directory F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Rise of Flight 2.0\data. Also I tried running as administrator and it didnt work ;/
