Multiplayer not working

I have tried several times since the new update and my game keeps crashing during multiplayer. I cant get into games with friends not sure its the invite system or something else but theres no way i can join or invite others without both of us crashing... PLEASE HELP PATCH

Just fyi, my brother and i have figured out that when joining from an invite you MUST be at the main menu as the one being invited. Otherwise a crash occurs but if you are at the main menu we have had no problem with rejoining each other.

thanks for the heads up. I have tried this and it still doesnt work for me for some reason, being on both the receiving and inviting end. I hope this gets patched soon.
