Scalling past floor 100?
I have a current run where i am immortal (i can only die to tower damage) and all my stuff is maxed so the only scaling i have is the once a floor dismantle. With the enemy HP well into the septilions i have no clue how to go further without literally going afk for hours

with the immortal-setup, best way (for me at least) is going the elemental route, because you can stack the most multipliers with that.

stacking up freeze attack is quite simple:
- Freeze Attack (dismantling Ethercrest Swords/Blade)
- Freeze Attack % (dismantling Ethercrest Ring / Ring of Ice)
you can get quite high attack-dmg early on, and once you got the full ethercrest set this will carry you quite a bit.

you also need to stack up general multipliers:
- Elemental% (dismantling Jester's bone mask, elemental necklace, etc)
- power% (dismantle Mask of Cataclysm, shard of power, etc)
- Faith (believers locket, etc)
these will boost all direct dmg you do multiplicative.

later, adding cinder (you need one of the magma gears on to immolate)
- cinder% + maxHP% (dismantle magma necklace)
- maxHP and maxHP% (dismantle several)

and adding electricity for some neat bonus-dmg
- electric (dismantling thundergrace)
- electric% (dismantling lightning boots)

main-dmg is from freeze-atk and immolate (if your maxHP is high enough), supported by electric-stacks "AoE". all 3 elements scale with elemental power, and with their own % scaling it multiplies quite neat, especially when faith triggers.
because the elemental multipliers on divine items is so high, it kinda outscales magic or physical multipliers by- in even mediocre runs- ~two times.
a "divine Berserker's helmet" adds 6.400% phys dmg. a "divine jester's bone mask" adds a whooping 19.200% elemental dmg, wich is triple of the berserker's helmets. magic is even worse: the highest %magic attack you can dismantle is the "divine shadow vortex", wich doesn't even reach 1.800%.
right, magic has magic blitz from "insight", but that only triggers on the first round- and the maximum you can get is ~8000, bacause in the current version you can't get more insight from dismantling. meaning: yeah, you can do 800.000% dmg in the first turn, but if you don't oneshot the dude (perfect slave with his 3-round no dmg shield, for example), you're toast.

i usually ignore toxicity, because it has no % multiplier, making it scale really bad. i also ignore malice, because although it has some %scaling items, it scales badly and the whole malice-mechanic is quite underwhelming.

i also ignored the influence of combat/wisdom here, because they ony affect the base-dmg. although i gotta admit, a divine ring of unity has quite a lot of wisdom to boost magic attacks.

finally, i don't say phys/magic build never work. but you need to be quite lucky to get high % multipliers for each dismantling.
elemental build is a bit more forgiving, because you have a way higher chance to get one of the elemental multipliers opposed to only one or two. also, diminishing returns affect "many multipliers" way less than "one or two multipliers"

BUT...
in the end you won't be able to scale your dmg as fast as the monster's armor/HP scale. no matter what you do, once you hit floor 107, 108 or higher, it will take ages to down the most basic mobs. there are some equips/builds that are a bit faster/slower, but i doubt you can get much fun once you hit floor 110+
