Jupiter - Any way to beat that?

I seem to always encounter the Jupiter mob and get one shot - regardless of how crazy strong i seem to be. Any tips?

I am able to get past the Jupiters by using the Hunter Set wich grads for 5 Energy a hit that hits even when the enemy is able to doge the attack
