Yes, this is rather unintuitive. Took a while to understand how it works even after reading it here. Why not a separate key-bind the user can change (e.g. 'S' by default), to sell any item the mouse is currently hovering.

Exactly, it should never take two actions to quick sell. That's the whole point of "Quick".

You should add an auto-buy auto-refresh options for the market. So you can for example shift-right click an item to buy any instance of it and the market will refresh how many times you set each round to do it.

please remove this picking up and right click selling option. make it mouseover and let us bind a different button. More often than not I swapped it with crucial gear instead of selling it and sold that item which ended my run... this is more than frustrating if you die in floor 100+ because of this selling mechanic which is very prone to slight missclicks.
