How do I get "plastic" resource?

I'm in that situation on mars where I tripped over and my construction tool has not only fallen onto the ground but It's gone through the world so I can't build anything, luckly i have a 3D printer that requires resource barrles to work. To create a new construction tool i need plastic among silicon and Iron. I don't have the option to create plastic or not that i know of.

Need a large refinery and then the following.

INPUT Carbon
INPUT Hydrogen
INPUT NitricOxide
OUTPUT Plastic

I'm acually in your Vanilla Scenario on Mars at Pole where there's snow and ice. I tripped over the cables and the construction tool is good as gone and I only have the small refinery which makes sense because of the start point

You could go into free-fly cam 'F' and hit space and then spawn a new one in. Otherwise kinda SOL.
