Screen tearing

I purchased this game over a year ago. When I tried to start it up the first time, I recived a horrible screen tearing issue that rendered the game unplayable. This persisted into the main menu. I do not know how to fix this. I own the full collection and am really eager to play this. Can someone please tell me how I go about fixing this issue?

Neocore doesn't give a fu#k about this old game. Runtime errors make this game unplayable for me. Steam should stop selling this game. I'm sorry you had to waste your money on this pile of horse sh#t. Stay away from neocore games in the future is my best response.

Thanks all. I apparently did not have the required specs, despite the demo running fine. Ah well.
