Issues with EMP and Scanning App device.

I just went through a mission that involved disabling a scanner (that device that scans and points to your agent at every security level reached), getting some code from an agent and exiting.

It went alright until i use an EMP in the room that was featuring the scanner and various other devices (corporate safes, camera, etc.). I didn't have a lot of PWR so i didn't hack the scanner, but used the EMP instead. It worked fine and disabled everything. I could get the valuable tech from the scanning app, i could open safes, and cameras were no longer covering the room...

... But after a few turns, the devices were apparently running back again. The cameras were going red but without showing red zone in normal mode. The scanner was running again too and the devices were still showing red in incognita but wouldn't show a firewall level on them, so i couldn't take action against them.

The scanner would keep display a popup messge at each security level reached, saying that it scanned my agent's position and that i should disable it. It was even still showing in my objectives: "- disable scanner" while i was running around the level with its hardware entrails.

So i believe there might be an issue with the devices hit by EMP charges. Some of them get up and running again after a few turn, some corectly, some only in appearance. It shows like they are up and running but you cannot hack them anymore. The scanning popup message was the most disconcerting. I couldn't figure it i was really being scanned or not. I hope my explainations will be enough to nail the problem.
