Game won't even launch
What it says in the title. I keep hearing people say to add two files from System32 to the game folder, which didn't work, and people saying to reinstall the redistributables found in the game folder... those redistributables don't exist though?

On Windows 11

The store page says that the game will only support Windows 10 and older operating systems. Which is pretty dumb because everyone will have to update their OS to play newer games. I loved playing this game and want to play it but I can't either.

Thanks for the heads up. Of all the things, I just never thought to check something so basic. I'll see if there's a way I can run it in compat mode

Very disappointing that they have abandoned the game to the point of not updating it to a new OS

Yeah, i'm disappointed myself. It appears it's not just this game though. Multiple older games that are steam, good original games like this one are no longer available because of this.

Game's like... 10 years old? Insane to me that it fell behind modern hardware. It really can't be much effort to fix it, right?

Trust me, I think it's bs myself. I have a lot of old games that it seems that I can no longer play because of this reason. Yes, it's possible, you just need to find someone online that has. I guarantee it's a pain to do so though. I'm currently far too busy with life to be delving around look for it. So, if you happen to find someone that has, drop it here for me, if you don't mind.

If I find a solution I'll let you know!

It would be easier to install a version of Linux (that can still run Invinc) than to make Invinc run on Windows 11, I wager.
At least all of Linux distros are open source so it should be possible to find whatever you want.

Lol, this swish likes to blow Microsoft's pp. Meanwhile I've been "degrading" myself with Linux Mint and enjoying my games; this one included, without any issue.

I mean, I'm not gay and I don't care for Microsoft. I'm not the type of person that says, "IPhones are better than Androids." I have just always preferred this OS, that's all it is. Imagine bashing someone for there simple opinion though, gj. It was good talking to you, troglodyte.
Got windows 11 here Intel i5 with Nvidia card, installed it recently, works like a charm so far, no extra files necessary
