Around 9. Its very p2w, and there is gambling for ingame items. Then there are money grabs events. Some rewards are locked in different reward bars, and the better rewards cost money to unlock.

Yes, but you can enjoy it even for free, you can upgrade Vip above 8 for free, only you will have to spend allot more time in the game.
In short if you buy packages your progress will be fast if you play for free it will be slow.

I started playing this game during Christmas last year. Today I'm at level 17 of the headquarters development. There's nothing left to do in the game, I can't win any quests. 3 heroes are at level 45. I deleted the game today. Why spend an hour every day on a game that doesn't lead anywhere? If you develop yourself stronger, the quests will be even stronger. I don't want to waste time on such a pay2win game. I didn't spend any money on the game.

You can upgrade for free, if you spend time in it, considering that free accounts get better free rewards.

After playing for a while. Its p2w, but you can play it f2p with no ads. This is a mobile game that you can play on the pc also. There is a lot of pvp against other alliances in endgame. There is drama, there is whales. Very fun and adicting game, you can get powerful by not spending, but it will take longer. Around 90% of the players are not spending a dime. Some guys know the meta, and become powerful without spending with new characters.

Its also easy to overspend on useless stuff, that are easy to get by free. So play smart. Some stuff you pay for early on can be bad later in game.

They have a lot of updates with new gameplay quite often. Sometimes they colab with other IPs.

But overall its one of the best mobile games i've played. I have played this over a year now.
