Character creation?

For anyone who has bought this. Is there any character customization? Most importantly, does the game let you choose the gender of your character?

The only customisation you get when starting a new game is the type of dragon. Apart from that the only way to change your appearance in dragon from is by changing your skin.
You cannot choose your gender.

YYou're pretty assumed a male half-dragon, bastard, son-of-a-former-king(If you could choose Female it would certainly shut Catherine up....). THere are only 3 dragons but each starts off with somethings different than the other.

Type of dragon.. aside from that all you can change is what skills/passives etc. you get. No cosmetic changing really.
but tbh... in this game, lack of being able to create your "dragon" you your liking is faaaar from needed. You wont miss anything without it even if its usually your mainfocus

what are the dragon types?

Mountain Dragon - combat (largest attack damage, but overheats faster), easily the best starting skills IMO (Acid Blaze, Blood Leech and Rejuvenation), though the other dragons can learn them, as well

Sabre Dragon - balanced (starts with Soar, Sabotage, Advance)

Zephyr Dragon - support focused (weakest base attack, slowest overheat), support skills (Purifying Flames, Ray of Power, Friends With Benefits).
