Eyefinity and Surround Support
As the title says, the game currently have no surround support, im happy to see that i "can" select my 5760x1080 resolution in the options, but when i do so, the interface gets either stretched and looks really bad, or the game decides to just look at my 5760 and blow everything up superhuge (5760x3240 or something), because of this, most of the menu's and all the pictures is either off screen above or below :/, im looking for something that can let me see those extra angles on my left and right, especially when im in dragon form. and still keep ALL UI both in fights and out of fights in the centre screen only... if people feel thats too unbalanced, maybe do something Supreme commander did, where you still play the zoomed in fights on one screen, but the offscreen have the max zoomed out view, so i can just jump from 1 screen to the other, instead of having to scroll all the way in and out.

Actaully have you tried to go into a game - I run at the same res and during the beta it worked perfectly in-game and the ui was actaully centred, which is a treat for an RTS. I'm currently downloading, so I can't try it, but if you can get into the game, I'd like to know if it still works. I had the same issue with the menus though, and did post on the Beta forums, but got no response.

It is a known issue, but I guess it wasn't high enough on the to-do list to get to before release (effecting a relatively low percentage of players, and the game is still playable at a lower resolution).

Spoonie, you where right, everything looked centered in skirmish. but as soon as i press menu, it gets really big, and i cant select all the options... reverting resolution back to 1920x1080 wasn't easy either, as the accept/apply button was too far below screen to actually press.. (had to go into the config files and edit the resolution there)

As for the effecting a relatively low percentage of players.. yes.. cause only a low percentage of players spend enough money on pc to play on surround :)

on the other hand i kinda do understand it, cause the campaign areas, like on the ship, probably only have animations and stuff on the front 1920 angle, having side monitors to view the extra stuffs that happends on the side wouldn't bear much fruit as theres nothing there. but i kinda wish i can do skirmish in suround, and play the rest of the campaign in one monitor, maybe just fill the side monitors with the game logo or something -.- cause as it stands now, 5760 is only viable in skirmish.

Having the extended horizontal FOV doesn't give advantages in this type of game, or games that incorparate a 'fog of war'. It's about immersion really, and once you go 3 you never go back :P I'm hoping they can fix the menu's, because you are right, you have to edit the config to go change the res back - so it makes it unplayable really. Which is a real shame because of how the HUD is centred!

I'd love for the DEv's to fix the menu's which are Vert-

There is another patch coming (no ETA), but no details have been mentioned on bug fixes or additional features, just that there would be both.

Cool - I haven't seen any dev responses on these forums, so it's hard to know what's going on.
