Demo?
I am interested in this game, and sense it is on sale I am considering buying it. My problem is that I don't know if my computer can run it well enough. So is there a demo out there I can try?

There is no demo.

Larian was a little conservative setting the minimum system specs, so if you are not too far below, you should probably be fine (see Graphics Card, for example).
I can run Team Fortress 2 and League of Legends at low settings, such as in the linked topic, but my graphics card is integrated. Would that be problematic?

Possibly. What graphics? If you are not sure, you can hit Winkey-R type in dxdiag and when the window loads switch to the Display tab to check.
These are my computer's relevent stats from what I can tell:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 370 @2.40CHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM

Display
Chip Type: Intel(R) HD Graphics (Core i3)
DAC Type: Internal
Approx. Total Memory: 1696 MB

I'm not certain what all this means; can you make heads or tails of it?

The minimum specs for the game are

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz (your i3 is a little better)
RAM: 3GB for Win 7 (which you pretty much meet, after the graphics uses some of the main memory)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT (512 MB RAM) or equivalent

From the i3-370M page at NotebookCheck[www.notebookcheck.net],
The performance of the graphics in 3D should be on par with a Radeon HD 4200 but the driver support is usually worse.

The general page there on Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) HD Graphics[www.notebookcheck.net] says
In some games, the GMA HD is even as fast as a GeForce 9400M / ION chipset. On average it should be as fast as the HD 3200 / 4200 by ATI and therefore allow the user to play older and less demanding games in low settings. The driver support is still not as good as for Nvidia and AMD graphics cards.

Someone was able to get the beta working on a MacBook Pro with Nvidia 9400M graphics, and they mentioned downloading the Imperial Edition content, but didn't report back if there were any significant performance differences between the demo and the full game.
A couple people have reported playing the game on laptops with Intel HD 4000 graphics; one mentioned getting 18 fps in low quality, but didn't say at what resolution.

Which brings us back to where you started: there is a reasonable chance it might work (at lower resolutions and settings), but without feedback from someone with a similar system, you would have to try it to be sure.

Try emailing supportdc@larian.com, with a dxdiag report (Winkey-R, type in dxdiag and hit Enter, and when it is done click on the 'Save All Information' button at the bottom of the window and save the report to your desktop (or somewhere handy to attach to an email). They may have reports of people trying the game with similar systems, or have tested something similar themselves.
