Modding?

Is there any modding potential for this game? Even if it's something small like changing textures or the faces/hair a little bit. And if so, is there any guide explaining how? I found reshading mods and the likes of it so I was hoping maybe I could toy with some warpaints or whatever to make the character more distinct.

Yeah, yeah. Those are the ones that I saw, I often check the usual suspects first. What I was wondering is if there was a way to extract textures or something to make the PC more "badass", so to speak. Warpaints, scars, whatever. Mostly because I want to replay the game again to get all achievements but my PCs start to look all the same.
