At a 2.50 euros price tag, this game would be a reasonable pass time, if you really had nothing else to do.

At a 14.79 euros price tag... LOL.

Not a bad game, was fun to play, but is very short.

Feels a lot like a Demo of a good game, or one of those old but really good flash games.
There are also a lot of very obvious features that are just missing..

The price is pretty low, so i can live with it, but otherwise its just a shame.

There's just not enough going on. It's like they build the foundation for an auto-battler but forgot that it's the customization that makes it worthwhile. They need more of everything, but mostly options to make a run feel unique. As it stands, really bland without little to no variation.

This review is for people who like me are fans of more typical match-3, roguelike solo auto battlers:

-In this auto battler, you don't get to collect 3 of the same and then combine them to evolve into a stronger unit.
-It's a pity there doesn't seem to be any equipment or loot. In other auto battlers you usually get to put up to 3 pieces of gear on every unit. Special armor, or a sword with lifesteal, magic amulet etc.
-Surprisingly, there's absolutely NONE of that here.
-An Archer is an Archer. You can upgrade it once, that's it.
-There's no Endless Mode.
-It doesn't feel that random. Luck isn't that big of a factor.
-After winning battles, you basically only get gold. Sometimes you get skill points and/or a couple of Archers.
-So there's no loot, relics, cards etc.
-After a chapter, it seems you pick a new race (Orcs, Humans etc.) and then build a brand-new army, starting over.
-It doesn't feel like a typical roguelike run where you keep climbing higher and constantly keep upgrading and exchanging units, building a stronger army.
-Everything is done with gold. You get gold after battles, and then you spend that on either upgrading a unit once, or upgrading your buildings. It feels very linear.

Around 3 hours and I'm completely done with the story.. it's fun but over way too fast. It's too easy aswell. Nothing is a challenge, you kinda just run through the chapters.
Now the only thing to do is restart the game and do almost exactly the same but with a different commander on some of the missions.
Fun 3-4 hours but wanted more! I am dissapointed.

This game is so much fun. I could not stop myself before finishing the first two chapters although I had a lot of work to complete at the office. Strongly recommend to strategy game lovers.

I love strategy games that seem simple but have unlimited strategies underneath and this game absolutely nails that. Might be biased a little but my favorite so far has been Elves, spamming druids with Archeon seems OP. For my second run I'm gonna give Orcs a shot and go full greed mode

It's fun. For less than the price of a garbage big mac meal, I received 10-15 hours of fun. As GSP once said "buy it with your money." Fair disclosure, it can't cure your virginity, but its cool killing dragons until it isnt. I'm looking forward to the expansions. I'll play thru it again soon.

It doesn't feel finished - I have no influence on what happens during a fight, I can't change my setup once in the fight, even though there is a "Start Battle" button that is completely redundant.

There are no active skills, no targeting specific units, no heroes on the battlefield (the only thing that the "hero choice" does is add a slight change like 10% more damage etc.

It feels like the devs tried, and knew what they wanted, but fell through somewhere...
I have nothing against AI generated content, but if the gameplay is lackluster then it doesn't really matter all that much...

This game is too hard and frustrating for an auto-battler.

I replayed the first chapter 4 times to find a proper strategy for killing the last boss, because at first it seemed impossible to do so. Then in the second chapter I had to fight with some goblins who did almost no damage and were all killed in the third mission.

I play this kind of games to relax, but this one only annoyed me. I have no doubt that if I persevere, I will surely find the optimal strategy for beating it, but I have no wish to do so. At least not for an auto-battler. Most of all, you don't get any experience/points or something when you lose a run.

For those of you who want to replay a lot, go ahead and try it.

I will change my review if they put an easy setting (to get used to it without dying a lot) and then play it on other difficulties or if you can get some advantages after losing a run. As it is, you don't have anything at all, no money, no army, no units, beside very weak ones who die almost instantly. No feeling of progression. You just look at buildings and units upgrades and you cannot do anything to get to them.
