We, the users of Ghost Recon Phantoms (GRP) program, we hereby,
report solemn and collective problems which are disturbing way the full use and enjoyment of this software. Beforehand, I make it clear that we revere - from the most different aspects - the quality of this game. Perhaps this is the motivating factor of concern for maintaining the integrity of the game.

We also believe that this is a matter of mutual interest: on our part, the
continuity and conditions of our gameplay prestige condition and user
consumers; of you to preserve a solid trust with their users and
consumers, maintain profitable investment deposited in GRP program and avoid
patches of leniency / inaction / inability to tackle violators of its terms, all this - is now met the demands presented - only tends to strengthen Ubisoft and Steam brands.

I agree with everything LCosta said, and support him, as well as my fellow Clan members. We play 3 or 4 times a week, and everyday we find a cheater or two. Wall hacks, postion hacks, multi-shot, aimbot, etc.

Ubi... please search on Google and Youtube, and you'll find a lot of hacks/cheats. I'm sure there's a capable team to download them all and work to let them useless.

This game is wonderful, specially when we can play as a team, using voicecomms, making strategies and combining devices. Our clan played several matches along with LCosta's clan, and it was always competitive and fun. But we agree that when we see a hacker (or a hacker Clan, I'm sure they exist) the whole experience gets thrown away and the only action you can take is report them, leave the match, and search for a new one, luckily without cheaters. You lose credits and Athena Rank, but there's no option for not getting bored.

I do not understand much of the legal issue, nor am much less lawyer. But I think all these "innocent players" I are within their rights to sue for lost time, among other things.

Moreover, there are so many effective anticheats .. I wonder, why Ubi does not invest in one of those?

All the cheaters in the game must be really bad though, because I've been playing for over two years and I've only ever encountered 3 or 4 legitimate cheaters. This tells me that anti-cheat is working and that cheaters are being banned before they make it to higher levels.

No offense, but maybe you haven't been playing as much lately, because this crap is everywhere now, even at the higher levels. They put the position of every player in the game into the client's memory, which can be pulled and used for ESP (the biggest problem now). The hack creators LOL at Ubi for putting this half-finished thing on the market. The smart ones are subtle (red boxing snipers) and are not terribly obvious. Had a 5 star skull capping everyone who tried to go up D-C right stairs on Station, no matter which side you went up, you got a bullet in the top half of your head before you could even see the half wall - he just watches red boxes and waits for you to crest. Never mind all the HVK-like latency exploits and people running 8 monitors for 500 FPS or whatever, the engine is wide open to abuse and it would take money to fix, which Ubi won't do - they invest in the latest rehash of Ass-Ass-In's Greed, a title that proves even a busted clock is right twice a day.

Why even respawn ? Once you die no respawn whole team. Just let them cap and get it over with, an hope you don't draw him your next match. There are so many running around doing this hack thng now. Ran into one last nite different name, was on our team. He was so far ahead of us that no one got to kill anything but him... We all reported him, both teams, he replied and said he been reported over 1000 times already...These type of people are hacking in all games, just out there to ruin everyone's fun.
