C:(or where ever you put the "Steam" app in)/Steam/SteamApps/common/Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Phantoms NA/Uninstaller

this game is one of the best game on this planet, its fun, need sum skill to play good, need teamwork to win, need a tactic to engage, so complex. always hate campers, nading campers even its my team ate , ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mad cus accidently press f when using support or assault , told noobs to scan like "scan broooooo" "press f on ur keyboard m8" "scan noob" "stop cloacking gay" yeah i will miss that a lot, even though i already miss it even still 2 or 3 days this game was removed.
gonna miss my asval, most op gun aa12 , gonna miss sound of p90 war god i wish i can turn back time cus i know this gonna happen. love it when the games its really unbalance but winning is on my team, gonna camping and spawn killing the ♥♥♥♥ out of em with sniper and cloack, and they start rage quiting one by one. i swear gonna miss it a lot, still remember after school than start my laptops and play this game without infinite pack, gonna miss the best map like tomsk, nukes,airport,subpen,pesh and the rig. rip grp. you always have place on my heart rip grp

Took forever to Custom all my guns now they are gone forever..???

It's not UBI, It's Steam, The servers are still up and running, the game is just no longer available on Steam.
Character stats etc are all fine,you just need to install the standalone EU/NA respectively, Login, remap your keybindings annnd off to the killing fields.

he is saying he paid for the infinite pack i did aswell. well im DL the stand alone now

It's gone from steam, but you can still play. Just don't start it through steam. Has always been an option, and still works now.
