Blueprint Locations

I have every blueprint except for 2 Lift. I have Fan, Wing and Flapper and I've visited every city twice (which is not fun given the limited speed) and I can't find them. Where are the other two Lift blueprints?

They can be purchased from the flying balloon vendors. You need to complete the Watchfort sidequest and the Soft Landing sidequest at Litalos. When those sidequests are complete there will be two balloon vendors flying around, one just north of The Watchfort and the other just north of Litalos.

Thank you very much for the help, there is no chance that I would think about clicking on ballons to see if they are selling something.

In the quest at the end of the first area that mentions the balloon merchant, maybe it can trigger a new quest to speak to the merchant, at least the first one. Then players will be on the lookout for the other one, or future ones if you add them.

The Litalos quest -mentions- that "a" Balloon Vendor may appear, so I was looking out for vendors in town, and even when I found the one near Litalos, I didn't even consider there would be a second.

WTF there are balloon vendors? never seen one i have a 30h session with 600 workers and i visited all city way more than twice and was still missing those blueprints
the baloon donesn't need coal... this change everything EVERYTHING!!!!!

like i dont blame you but in the Green biom youll see them going around and they are the only thing other than pirates higher than you

Are the blueprint locations static or are they random? ie: is the wing always found in the same city etc etc

And if only some blueprints are statically placed, which ones?
